At VINXtract, customer satisfaction matters to us. However, please note that all purchases of vehicle history reports are considered final and are non-refundable. Our reports are intended for informational use only, and VINXtract is not responsible for any purchasing or decision-making based on the information provided.

Strict Non-Refund Policy

  • All Sales Final: Payments made to VINXtract are non-refundable. Once a report is ordered and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
  • 48-Hour Rule: Any refund request submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be considered.
  • Third-Party Data Disclaimer: VINXtract reports are generated using third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of all vehicle information.
  • Disputes & Chargebacks: In case of a payment dispute or chargeback, VINXtract reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

Eligible Refund Cases (Exceptional Circumstances)

A refund may be issued only in the following rare situations:

  • The report delivered was completely blank or contained no usable data.
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same report.

Invalid Reasons for Refund

The following cases are not eligible for a refund:

  • Claims of inaccurate or incorrect data (data is provided “as-is” from third-party sources).
  • Missing vehicle information (data availability depends on external databases).
  • Late report delivery (standard delivery time is 6–12 hours, but typically faster).
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the report content.

How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you meet the refund criteria above, please contact us by email with the following details:

  • Email Subject: "Refund Request"
  • Your Email Address: (used during your order)
  • VIN Number: VIN for the report you purchased
  • Reason: Brief explanation for your refund request
  • Full Name: First and last name
  • Date of Purchase: When the transaction was made
  • Payment Method: (e.g., credit card via Stripe)
  • Transaction ID: Last 4 digits of the card used

Processing Timeline

  • Review Period: Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
